There are many advantages to mountain biking, one of the biggest being that it is a truly year-round sport. We are out on our bikes every month of the year, in every sort of weather. From our base in Dumfries and Galloway we are ideally situated to take advantage of the Seven Stanes mountain bike trails; four of which lie less than an hour's drive from our front door.

There are dozens of kilometers of marked trail which are easy to follow, and we can show you dozens more that you have to be local to have a hope of finding. Whether you are new to mountain biking or an improving rider a Fells & Forest course could change your riding forever.

We believe that it's never too late to learn new tricks or master old ones that have been eluding you for years. Our coaching days are put together for you, according to your needs and riding style. We look at the important areas of bike riding (bike set up, confidence, body position, braking and corners) and then put it all together. The improvements we see (and film) are astounding.
